What should I do next when I only have ten minutes between showings?

Use ten minutes between showings to give ARIN one client priority, review a useful draft and decide what to do next.

You’re parked outside your next showing with ten minutes to spare. A seller is waiting for a comparison. A client has a question. Yesterday’s follow-up is still unwritten.

Ask ARIN to help you choose what comes first and prepare the next step. ARIN is AdvisorReach’s AI agent. It can help sort priorities and prepare drafts from the context you share.

You choose the priority, review the work and decide what goes to the client. Start with three steps: prioritize, prepare and decide.

1. Find the priority

Tell ARIN how much time you have and what is waiting:

“I have ten minutes between showings. From our TODOs for today, which needs my attention first?”

Look for an answer that names the person, the promise and what happens if you wait. A seller expecting a comparison before a call may need attention before a routine follow-up.

If two tasks compete, ask ARIN to compare what a delay would mean for each client. Then choose one.

Give it any missing context: a promised deadline, the latest client message or a fact that has changed. ARIN cannot weigh a commitment it does not know about.

Use only information you are authorized to share with ARIN, and leave out sensitive details the task does not require.

2. Give ARIN one clear assignment

Ask for something you can review: a reply, a showing recap or a comparison for an upcoming call. Include the notes ARIN needs to work from.

Suppose the seller needs a comparison of two listings. You could ask:

“Compare these two listings. Put the differences side by side and flag anything we still need to verify before the seller call.”

Check whether the comparison answers the seller’s question. If it misses a concern, name it and ask ARIN to revise.

The same approach can help with the follow-up you keep putting off. Share the last exchange, explain why you want to reconnect and ask for a short draft. Spend the gap reviewing and improving the message.

3. Review, then act

Read the result. You are still responsible. Are the facts right? Does the wording fit this client? Does it promise anything you cannot deliver?

Edit what needs changing. If the message is ready, send it yourself. If a fact is missing or the decision needs more thought, ask ARIN for the next piece of preparation and return to it later.

If you need to leave before you finish, ask ARIN for a short note on what is ready and what still needs checking. Pick up there when you have time.
