What this notice covers.
This notice covers the AdvisorReach website, consideration requests, support and direct email contact, an approved Stripe-hosted checkout, paid ARIN service setup and use, and the separately described planned research workflow. For the standardized Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, the contracting party and payment recipient is David Marshall operating Advisor Reach in the United States; this does not imply a separate company or legal entity.
Do not send confidential client, transaction, credential, payment-card, or protected information through initial contact or support email.
Payment details stay with the payment processor.
When an approved paid checkout is offered, Stripe acts as the payment processor and hosts the page where payment-card details are entered.
- What Stripe collects
- Stripe may collect your name, email, billing details, payment-card details, device and connection information, and other information needed to process a payment, prevent fraud, and meet its legal obligations.
- What AdvisorReach receives
- AdvisorReach may receive contact and billing information, payment and customer identifiers, the amount and currency, transaction status and timing, and limited payment-method details such as card brand, expiration, and last four digits. AdvisorReach does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
- Why we use it
- We use those records to confirm and administer the service you accepted, reconcile payments, provide customer support, handle an approved refund or a dispute, prevent abuse, and maintain business and accounting records.
- Sharing and retention
- Payment information is shared with Stripe and the limited providers needed to operate the accepted service. Records are retained as needed to provide and support the service, resolve fraud or disputes, and meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. A deletion request may not remove records we are required to retain. Stripe handles information under its own privacy policy.
When you buy an ARIN plan.
Buying a plan does not by itself connect your apps, enable AI processing of your service information, or start service SMS.
Your purchase is followed by manual setup. We use your contact details, plan and subscription status, accepted-terms records, and the setup information you deliberately provide to arrange and support your agreed service. Setup may include your preferred name, brokerage and market, priorities, timezone, and notification preferences. Provide only what the requested setup requires. Stripe handles payment-card entry as described above.
If you join the Impact Now Mastermind, you may share brokerage, city or market, and state after purchase so we can coach to your market.
Before you connect an app or use service AI or SMS
Buying a plan does not by itself connect your apps, enable AI processing of your service information, or start service SMS. Your agreed offer identifies supported apps and the access needed for your service. Before a connection or service channel is enabled, we will identify the providers involved, the information they receive, its purpose, and the applicable retention and deletion arrangements in your setup confirmation. Do not send confidential client material or authorize a connection until those details are confirmed.
Connections and computer-use permissions are limited to the scope explained and authorized for your service. Depending on that scope, information may include contacts, email, calendar, CRM records, and material you deliberately provide. Where you authorize AI processing, service information may be used to prepare responses, priorities, and work for your review. A purchase does not grant unrestricted access or permission to use that information for unrelated purposes.
When service SMS is enabled with your authorization, messaging providers process your messages, phone or account identifiers, and delivery information to provide that channel. Accepting a subscription does not authorize unrelated marketing or autonomous messages to your clients. Stripe's optional saved-information phone field does not complete ARIN phone verification or SMS setup.
Retention and requests
We keep contact and setup information while needed to arrange, provide, or support your agreed service. We also retain records where required or reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Billing records follow the payment section above. Before you authorize service-data processing, your setup confirmation will state its retention and deletion arrangements, including relevant provider records and recovery copies. We do not promise a fixed service-data retention period or immediate deletion from every provider's systems.

Previously submitted requests remain covered by this notice. A page visit does not create a purchase or activate service.

- Your message is used to respond, evaluate fit, and continue the conversation you request. There is no automated nurture sequence or booking automation.
- Previously submitted requests
- Information deliberately provided through the former consideration page was sent to the same-origin AdvisorReach capture service for human review when capture was enabled. The required contact permission applied to that specific request only; it did not authorize research, marketing, newsletters, automated nurture, or text messages. AdvisorReach records the notice version accepted with the request.
- What does not count as a request
- A page visit, button click, timeout, or error is not treated as a submitted request. Submitting one does not guarantee an invitation, access, or a response within a particular time.
- What not to send
- Do not submit client names, property addresses, transaction details, credentials, contracts, payment information, or other confidential material.
What happens on the site today.
Cloudflare provides encrypted HTTPS website delivery and security and may process connection data needed to operate and protect the site. AdvisorReach serves its website typefaces directly from this site.
Payment-card entry occurs on Stripe-hosted checkout rather than on the AdvisorReach static website. This limits the card data handled by AdvisorReach, but no internet transmission or storage system can be promised to be completely secure.
AdvisorReach can address deletion requests for information it controls. Cloudflare controls the retention and deletion of connection and security data in its systems under its service terms and legal obligations; AdvisorReach cannot promise deletion beyond the controls Cloudflare makes available to us. Stripe similarly controls information it must retain in its systems.
We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics stays off until you click Accept all or turn it on under Manage preferences. We don't use advertising pixels. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and reload the page.
Planned research is not active.
This work is separate from consideration requests and customer work.
What the planned research may review
AdvisorReach is preparing a private workflow to review limited public information from approved sources for discussion themes and candidate trends. Reddit collection is not active and will not begin unless Reddit gives written approval for the disclosed commercial use case.
If approved, the workflow may retrieve a bounded sample of public Reddit posts, public comments, source links, community names, timing metadata, and the minimum public author identifiers returned by approved read-only endpoints. It will not access private messages, contact Redditors, profile individuals, infer sensitive traits, join Reddit identities to off-platform identities, or use Reddit data for advertising or model training.
How approved research would be processed
If the workflow is separately approved and activated, approved Reddit content may be sent through OpenRouter to xAI Grok 4.5 for limited inference-only classification, clustering, summarization, and relevance scoring. OpenRouter and xAI would act as processing providers for that step.
The workflow will require Zero Data Retention routing, disable prompt and completion logging, prohibit provider training, disable response caching and external model tools, and stop rather than route to a retaining endpoint.
Retention and downstream limits
Raw Reddit content and public author data will be held only in an encrypted ephemeral working store and deleted within 48 hours, or sooner if Reddit requires. The workflow will reconcile deletions and suspend collection if required deletion cannot be completed across controlled storage, logs, caches, and traces.
AdvisorReach may retain a reviewed, non-identifying research signal only if Reddit approves the exact derived fields and deletion treatment. Customer work may use independently corroborated, broader conclusions, but it will not include Reddit quotes, usernames, screenshots, raw feeds, individual discussions, or stand-alone Reddit metrics.
