What this notice covers.
This notice covers the AdvisorReach website, consideration requests, support and direct email contact, an approved Stripe-hosted checkout, and the planned private research workflow described below. AdvisorReach is a public brand; the legal entity and contracting party, where applicable, are identified separately in the relevant agreement.
Do not send confidential client, transaction, credential, payment-card, or protected information through initial contact or support email.
Payment details stay with the payment processor.
When an approved paid checkout is offered, Stripe acts as the payment processor and hosts the page where payment-card details are entered.
- What Stripe collects
- Stripe may collect your name, email, billing details, payment-card details, device and connection information, and other information needed to process a payment, prevent fraud, and meet its legal obligations.
- What AdvisorReach receives
- AdvisorReach may receive contact and billing information, payment and customer identifiers, the amount and currency, transaction status and timing, and limited payment-method details such as card brand, expiration, and last four digits. AdvisorReach does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
- Why we use it
- We use those records to confirm and administer the service you accepted, reconcile payments, provide customer support, handle an approved refund or a dispute, prevent abuse, and maintain business and accounting records.
- Sharing and retention
- Payment information is shared with Stripe and the limited providers needed to operate the accepted service. Records are retained as needed to provide and support the service, resolve fraud or disputes, and meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. A deletion request may not remove records we are required to retain. Stripe handles information under its own privacy policy.
A consideration request is a deliberate step.
It is a request for a conversation, not a purchase, automatic enrollment, or promise of access.
- When you email us
- Your message is used to respond, evaluate fit, and continue the conversation you request. There is no automated nurture sequence or booking automation.
- When you use the consideration page
- When capture is enabled, the page will send information you deliberately provide to a same-origin AdvisorReach capture service for human review. The required contact permission applies to this specific consideration request only; it does not authorize research, marketing, newsletters, automated nurture, or text messages. AdvisorReach records the notice version accepted with the request. A receipt will appear only after the service confirms the approved destination write. Production capture is currently disabled.
- What does not count as a request
- A page visit, button click, timeout, or error is not treated as a submitted request. Submitting one does not guarantee an invitation, access, or a response within a particular time.
- What not to send
- Do not submit client names, property addresses, transaction details, credentials, contracts, payment information, or other confidential material.
What happens on the site today.
Cloudflare provides encrypted HTTPS website delivery and security and may process connection data needed to operate and protect the site. AdvisorReach serves its website typefaces directly from this site.
Payment-card entry occurs on Stripe-hosted checkout rather than on the AdvisorReach static website. This limits the card data handled by AdvisorReach, but no internet transmission or storage system can be promised to be completely secure.
AdvisorReach can address deletion requests for information it controls. Cloudflare controls the retention and deletion of connection and security data in its systems under its service terms and legal obligations; AdvisorReach cannot promise deletion beyond the controls Cloudflare makes available to us. Stripe similarly controls information it must retain in its systems.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is currently disabled. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay, cross-site tracking, or a browser analytics beacon on this site. We will update this notice before enabling a production analytics beacon or another browser-based analytics service.
During local development, the consideration page uses visibly labeled synthetic storage that cannot reach approved storage, workflows, analytics, research systems, or AI inputs. Production capture remains disabled until the destination, abuse protection, processors, retention, deletion, and deployment are separately approved.
Planned research is not active.
This work is separate from consideration requests and customer work.
What the planned research may review
AdvisorReach is preparing a private workflow to review limited public information from approved sources for discussion themes and candidate trends. Reddit collection is not active and will not begin unless Reddit gives written approval for the disclosed commercial use case.
If approved, the workflow may retrieve a bounded sample of public Reddit posts, public comments, source links, community names, timing metadata, and the minimum public author identifiers returned by approved read-only endpoints. It will not access private messages, contact Redditors, profile individuals, infer sensitive traits, join Reddit identities to off-platform identities, or use Reddit data for advertising or model training.
How approved research would be processed
If the workflow is separately approved and activated, approved Reddit content may be sent through OpenRouter to xAI Grok 4.5 for limited inference-only classification, clustering, summarization, and relevance scoring. OpenRouter and xAI would act as processing providers for that step.
The workflow will require Zero Data Retention routing, disable prompt and completion logging, prohibit provider training, disable response caching and external model tools, and stop rather than route to a retaining endpoint.
Retention and downstream limits
Raw Reddit content and public author data will be held only in an encrypted ephemeral working store and deleted within 48 hours, or sooner if Reddit requires. The workflow will reconcile deletions and suspend collection if required deletion cannot be completed across controlled storage, logs, caches, and traces.
AdvisorReach may retain a reviewed, non-identifying research signal only if Reddit approves the exact derived fields and deletion treatment. Customer work may use independently corroborated, broader conclusions, but it will not include Reddit quotes, usernames, screenshots, raw feeds, individual discussions, or stand-alone Reddit metrics.
